Returns & Exchanges
All items including jewelry is final sale and cannot be exchanged.
In-store credit must be used within one year of the date when the items were returned. Credit will expire after one year. You will receive an electronic invoice for items purchased with credit as well as your credit balance. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the full credit amount has been used before the expiry period.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are require a non-refundable 30% deposit when the order is placed; the remaining 70% will be charged when you pick up your order. If you choose to cancel your custom order item(s) prior to delivery or pick up, your 30% deposit will not be refunded.
Once delivered, Oasis retains the right to refuse custom order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason.
