Shipping and Delivery

DELIVERY DATES

Oasis does not offer same day delivery. The date and time of delivery depends on the availability of the delivery company. Once you have paid for an item, tell the cashier your preferred day and time. The cashier will correspond with the delivery company and confirm with you.

FAMILY ISLAND DELIVERIES

Oasis will package and deliver items to a ferry or boat. Clients are responsible for transportation fees charged by ferry or boat services, as well as the pick up and drop off of items from the boat once it has docked. Oasis is not responsible for any damage caused to items once they have been delivered to the boat.

DELIVERY FEES

Delivery is free for any amount of items totaling $5000 or more before VAT. Delivery for items totaling below $5000 before VAT is subject to a fee based on the amount, sizes and weight of the items. This fee minimum fee is $80. Discounted items do not qualify for free delivery.

Please let us know if there are any elevators, stairs or other possible limitations before delivery is scheduled.
